Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2026 Summary vs. Third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2025 (where applicable) Revenue up 13% to $116.8 million compared to $103.7 million. Gross profit up 12% to $45.2 million compared to $40.4 million. Income from operations up 17% to $15.1 million compared to $12.9 million. Net income up 33% to $4.9 million compared to net income of $3.7 million. Net income attributable to common shareholders was $4.5 million, or $0.09 per diluted share, compared to net income of $3.3 million, or $0.07 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA1 up 13% to $30.4 million compared to $26.8 million, with Adjusted EBITDA margin1 of 26.0% compared to 25.8%. Amounts outstanding under debt agreements were $425.0 million with net debt1 of $382.0 million. Total available liquidity at quarter end was $357.3 million compared to $358.0 million one year ago.
