Navan C38 Launch Drives Strong Dealer Demand One of the highlights of the event was the world premiere of the all-new Navan C38, which generated significant interest from dealers, customers, media and industry professionals throughout the event. Dealer confidence in the new model, the largest in the Navan range, helped propel Navan wholesale orders to levels significantly exceeding prior year, and contributed to much stronger overall wholesale sales than at the 2025 show. Mercury Extends Its Leadership Position Mercury Marine once again demonstrated its strength in the European market, achieving 67 percent overall outboard engine share at the Cannes Yachting Festival, an increase over the previous few years. Mercury's leadership was particularly evident at the Vieux Port location, where the brand accounted for 82 percent of all outboards displayed on many of the show's largest and most premium vessels. Navico Group Advances Integrated Boating Innovation During the Festival, Navico Group announced a strategic partnership with Elettromedia, the company behind the Audison and Hertz audio brands, with the shared goal of creating more seamless and integrated onboard experiences for boaters worldwide. The collaboration combines Navico Group's expertise in marine electronics, digital controls and vessel integration with Elettromedia's audio engineering capabilities to help OEM partners deliver more intuitive and immersive onboard experiences. "The momentum we experienced at Cannes reflects the strength of Brunswick's portfolio and the confidence dealers, customers and partners have in our brands," said David Foulkes, Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation. "From the successful launch of the exciting Navan C38 model and the strong dealer demand it generated for all Navan models, to Mercury's continued outboard engine leadership, and Navico Group's latest technology partnership, Cannes showcased the power of our brands and partnerships, as well as our ability to deliver innovation across the marine ecosystem." • NAVAN Boats to Unveil the C38 in World Premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival
Sep 3, 2026Brunswick Corporation (BC) News

NAVAN enters the large exploration segment with the global debut of the C38, and confirms the S38 will follow in early 2027 CANNES, France – September 3, 2026 – NAVAN Boats, the exploration boat brand of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC), today announced it will unveil the all-new C38 in a world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival, marking the brand's largest product introduction to date on one of the industry's most influential global stages. Built around NAVAN's signature T-Step Hull design and engineered across the brand's dual-continent manufacturing footprint, the C38 is designed for owners who want to push beyond familiar waters with confidence, comfort and unmistakable style. "Every brand has a moment when its vision becomes tangible. For NAVAN, that moment is the C38," said Vittorio Bichucher, General Manager of NAVAN Boats. "This platform is what happens when you listen to your owners and ask what exploration boating could look like built from the ground up. Debuting it at Cannes, on a truly global stage, is the right way to introduce what's next for NAVAN." A Platform Built Around Five Core Innovations At the center of the C38's debut is a set of design decisions that define how the boat looks, rides, and lives, on the water and at the dock. Patented T-Step Hull: Engineered for a smoother, more efficient ride at speed, providing confidence and comfort whether crossing to the next port or exploring closer to home. Class-Leading Interior: A standing-height head and a cabin that rivals boats a class above, comfortably sleeping four without giving up outside space. Social Folding Terrace: The swim platform transforms into an extension of the party, turning arrival into a destination in itself. Center Console Helm Deck Layout: A command station and gathering space in one, keeping the captain connected to guests instead of isolated at the wheel. Modular Aft Section: Built to adapt to how the day is spent, from fishing, cruising, or cooking, the aft section reconfigures to fit the moment. "NAVAN has quickly established a distinctive voice in the exploration segment, strengthened by the launch of the C38," said Brenna Preisser, President, Brunswick Boat Group. "This is the next chapter which we are proud to share at Cannes, celebrating the spirit of adventure which transcends borders." Looking Ahead: S38 Coming Early 2027 Alongside the C38 debut, NAVAN confirmed that the S38, the next model in its expanding lineup, will join the brand's fleet in early 2027. Details on the S38's design direction and positioning will follow in the coming months, with NAVAN signaling that the model will extend the same exploration-first philosophy introduced with the C38 to a new segment of owners. METTAWA, Ill. The honors further cement CES 2026 as the most awarded Consumer Electronics Show presence in Brunswick's history. Brunswick received a Gold Award for Best XL Island Exhibit and a Silver Award for Best Design Concept for its immersive CES exhibit, which showcased the future of boating through autonomy, connectivity, electrification and advanced marine technologies. Brunswick's CES 2026 exhibit brought the future of boating to life through immersive storytelling, interactive simulators and connected marine technologies. Designed as a "calm, ambient escape" from the show's visual intensity, the experience featured global debuts including the Sea Ray SLX 360 and NAVAN C30, a 200-degree AI co-pilot simulator, transparent LED displays visualizing smart energy flow across vessels, and a Fliteboard eFoil simulator that allowed visitors to virtually fly above the water. According to one ExSys Awards judge, the exhibit "commanded attention at CES not through excess but through a single dominant idea made physical at a grand scale, with simulators, real vessels and data-driven systems all reinforcing one unified message." The exhibit demonstrated how Brunswick is leveraging autonomy, connectivity, electrification and intelligence to shape the future of marine recreation. "These awards are a reflection of the incredible collaboration across Brunswick's businesses, brands and partners," said Dave Foulkes, chief executive officer of Brunswick Corporation. "At CES, we set out to show the world how technology is transforming life on the water through autonomy, connectivity, electrification and intelligence. The recognition we've received throughout the year demonstrates the power of that vision and the strength of our integrated portfolio." Earlier this year, Brunswick received a Gold BOSS (Best of Show Stand) Award, placing fourth overall among all CES exhibitors and ranking among the show's top experiential exhibits. Judges recognized Brunswick's combination of on-water immersion, interactive simulators and large-scale video storytelling that showcased marine innovation in a compelling and accessible way. The exhibit was also recognized by Event Marketer as one of the year's best CES booth experiences and earned a Gold dotCOMM Award for excellence in live event communications and engagement surrounding Brunswick's CES presence. "CES has become one of the most important platforms for demonstrating why Brunswick is not only a marine company, but a technology company shaping the future of recreation," said Foulkes.
