HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 2025-- DNOW Inc. (NYSE: DNOW) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of MRC Global Inc. ("MRC Global"), creating a premier solutions provider to the energy and industrial markets.

Recently, Odessa Pumps was contacted by a large composite pipe company that was having failures with their existing air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps. This customer originally had a pump service life of approximately 1 year before experiencing a diaphragm failure, but they had seen that service life drop to 6 months and then to 3 months. Odessa Pumps teamed up with Sandpiper to support the customer and resolve the shortened diaphragm life problem.
