In October 2024, Lyell completed its acquisition of ImmPACT Bio. The transaction added ImmPACT Bio's dual-targeting CD19/CD20 CAR T-cell program, subsequently identified as rondecabtagene autoleucel (ronde-cel), also known as LYL314.
