Vista holds the Mt Todd gold project, located in the Tier-1 mining jurisdiction of Northern Territory, Australia. Mt Todd is among the largest development-stage projects in Australia. In July 2025, Vista announced the results of a new 15,000 tonnes per day feasibility study for the Mt Todd Project. The 2025 FS significantly reduces initial capital, prioritizes ore grade over tonnes, and delivers stable gold production over a 30-year mine life using design and operating practices common to Australian gold operations. The Study also contemplates the use of contract mining, third-party power generation, and other practices to reduce development and operational risks. While no expansion of the planned mining or processing rate is assumed, the Company believes that the 15,000 tpd design provides opportunities for future expansion. CLOSE
